History
Herve Joyaux Fabre who was born in Bordeaux , France belongs to a traditional family of Wine Negociant. When he arrived at the beginning of the 90's in Mendoza, he was immediately fascinated by the Argentinian Malbec and the wines of the new world. As a true visionary, he bought very old Malbec vineyards, planted in 1908, and built the Fabre Montmayou winery in the purest Chateau Style like in Bordeaux. His passion and his 'French Savoir Faire' did the rest. He became the creator of super premium wines with international prestige.
