Description
This wine is an extraordinary example of the perfect combination between fresh and fruity aromas of the Pinot Noir, with a subtle note given by the wood. The result is an harmonious wine with a good fruit and complexity. Color : Cherry Red. Nose : Intense, elegant and complex nose. The first notes are cherry jam, combined with mint, typical of the Maipo terroir, and discreet toasted aromas. Mouth : Very good structure, round, elegant and good persistence.
History
Our president William Fevre, one of the main partners and likewise one of the most important producers of Grand Crus de Chablis, has become famous in the wine business dedicating more than 30 years in perfecting the art of winemaking in his French Estates. In 1991, he decided to search for better terroirs, and his wide range of expertise led him to the country with the greatest winemaking potential: CHILE. As a result of this he joined one of the oldest wine growing families of the Maipo Valley: Pino-Arrigorriaga family. Mr. Fevre's experience is a major contribution to the quality of the wines. The winemaking process take place under his supervision at all times. Although he is already a legend in the wine world, his visionary policy can be seen in his selection of young dynamic human team. Mr. Fevre is 83 years old.
